Service Description

Dr. Angel is an ordained minister & pastor who ministers to the whole person. She believes in the tradition of marriage as it is outlined in the Bible. She will meet with you to discuss your plans, provide counseling and support. She is committed to helping your special day be wonderful and blessed beyond imagination. Price reflected includes three counseling sessions and officiating for a local ceremony in the Outer Banks and surrounding areas. Traveling beyond 50 miles is subject to additional fees and accommodations, travel expenses.
